How the Playcard system works
No cash at the machines. Guests buy credits and play with their personal Playcard.
Buy or top up a Playcard
At the Self-Service-Kiosk or at the counter, guests buy a new Playcard or top up their existing one — with cash, debit card, credit card or PayPal.
Tap card on the reader
At the game, the guest taps their Playcard on the Arcade-Reader. The system checks the balance and deducts credits automatically.

Yes. The POS system meets the requirements of the technical security device (TSE) for Germany — including credit sales, food & beverage and shop items.
